Creo que este libro es súper interesante y debería estar dirigido a absolutamente todo el público en general。 Aporta información y explicaciones médicas con claridad (muchas veces rompiendo mitos absurdos que tendemos a creernos) y los consejos y trucos que da son increíbles。 Desde luego se aprende muchísimo con su lectura。

( read the book to find out :))。 The authors purpose not only was to give tips and tricks to medical issues but rather open the eyes to his readers that not everything should involve a pill and that we can prevent common health issues。 It truly was an eye-opener for me in a sense that I took a lot of notes of the tips Dr。Saldmann provided and am implementing these into my life。 ( Why hitting snooze on your alarm actually makes you more tired!!) I would recommend this book to readers that enjoy medicine and taking care of your body, also to those who are more philosophical and enjoy nonfiction books just as much as fiction! I would give this medical book 4。5 stars out of 5。 I didn't give this a perfect score mainly because I like the explanation in depth, especially with science so some of the tips he mentioned weren't backed up with the science which leaves me unsure! 。。。more
